We take credit reporting seriously and want to hear from you if you have a dispute or question so that it can be properly investigated. Please review the steps to take below.
Disputing and Reporting
You can call our office at (714) 832-5274 or (800) 353-5886 to discuss your account. Once we validate you as the owner, we can answer any questions you may have.
You can choose to file a credit dispute directly with Experian either online or by mail at experian.com.

Be sure to sign and date your letter, include the proper photo ID, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and a current address so we can respond.
