    • Our Reporting

      We report the status of your account regularly to Experian. If your account is 30 or more days past due as of the date we report, your account may be reported as delinquent. For specific information on impacts to your credit score, please contact Experian directly, experian.com

    • Obtain your Credit Report

      Review your credit report regularly to help you know where you stand. Request a free copy of your credit report from annualcreditreport.com or from a nationwide consumer reporting agency, such as Experian.

    • Late Payments

      If your payment is 30 or more days late, it may show up on your credit report as a late payment. The degree to which a late payment affects your credit score can depend on things like how many days past due the payment is, how recently you have been past due, and how frequently you have made late payments.

    • Disputing our Reporting

      You can call our office at (714) 832-5274 or (800) 353-5886 to discuss your account. Once we validate you as the owner, we can answer any questions you may have.

      You can choose to file a credit dispute directly with Experian either online or by mail at experian.com.

      Be sure to sign and date your letter, include the proper photo ID, the last four digits of your Social Security number, and a current address so we can respond.
